Ordinance 2007-1, an ordinance to amend Zoning Ordinance 97-1 of the Town of Odessa to make provisions for a Planned Unit Development ,had its first reading on November 5, 2007 at 7:00 PM and a public hearing on December 3, 2007 at 6:00 PM, and it was adopted at the December 3, 2007 meeting of Mayor and Council at 7:00.
